Resolved Question: my american bulldog won't stop biting my patio furniture?
i have a 1 year american bulldog. he is very lovable, and is potty trained, and obeys commands such ass sit, go outside, arrive, etc the basic. but he enjoys biting the patio furniture. lately every he does is turn over every the chairs, the rocking chairs, and cushions. we have plenty of chew toys and things for him to play with when we're not around (he only does this when we're not around.) we have already gone through 2 beds, he chews them open to take out the fluffy part inside of it. he give him plenty of excersise, and play with him every afternoon and take him to the dog park 2x's a week. i've tried the sour apple stuff but t's not working, i think he likes it. what else can i do? we always tell him no and ignore him and he know we are upset with him, but he doesn't care. it's silly cause when i walk up to a turned over seat or rocking seat and i look at him to tell him now, he already knows and bows his head and lays, like saying yea i know i wasn't supposed to lol. another issue i have is when we tie him up because we need to work on the yard or have company over that he needs to be tied, he does not cease barking. it is so annoying, we can never have him tied up. has plenty of chew toys and the only reason why we tie him when we're working on the yard, is cause if i am cleaning the pation with soap and water he just continues to dirty it, if i tie him, i clean, i finish and when it drys he can receive un tied and continue playing.

Open Question: What would you do in my situation? Please help!!!?
Okay well I lost my job in December and my husband and I decided that I should be a stay at home wife, and the bills are paid and I am generally glad. I clean, cook, read, run errands and do things I couldn't ever find time for when I worked, and I quit smoking due to less stress :). So I'm considering getting a part time job for a little while, I want the money but I don't like to feel like I have to work, I just want it to be temporary which my hubby says is fine but I'm scared that bills will receive higher and I won't have a choice but to work. So should I stay a home maker or receive a little part time job for a little while? ADD: Oh and we're trying for a baby so I would like to keep money for the baby but still be a Okay... Yes I know how lucky I have it, I never thought I'd not have to work, my husband found a nice job and we make it down to the groceries and thats it, the extra money would be nice. Lol I sound lazy? Wow you don't know me! We have a big home and are remodling it, in other word I'M remodeling it, and cleaning, and organizing, which my hubby doesn't do, that is MY job.

Open Question: How can I arrange a small, furnished apartment to make it look and feel larger?
I am living in a tiny, furnished apartment in Costa Rica and it would be great if it felt more like home. The main room (which is comprised of the kitchen, "dining room", and sitting area) is an awkward L-shape. The furniture is actually more like patio furniture. I am a teacher, so buying big pricey furniture isn't yet an option. If anyone knows of any good sites, multifunctional pieces, or tips please help me.

Voting Question: I cannot sell my house, can anyone offer any advice to improve the chances of finding a buyer.?
I have a lovely modern 3 bed detached home in a really nice sought after location, but after 23 viewings I have had no offers. The home is a tiny detached 3 bed property with the 3rd bedroom being only 6ft 10 inches by 5ft 10 inches so not much of a bedroom. I use it as a study with a desk and computer in which works for me. The other 2 bedrooms are doubles and a good size with the main bedroom having an en suit. The relax of the property consists of a lounge, dinning room, kitchen, conservatory and downstairs toilet every of which are a good size and well planned. There is also off road parking and a garage. The home as a whole is not high spec with the kitchen and bathroom being there from when the home was built about 12 years ago. The home is well maintained and in good decorative order. I have a Lovely and well maintained rear garden offering lawn, patio area, borders and a Barbecue area every of which is not overlooked. I always ensure that the property is well presented for the viewer ensuring everything is clean and un cluttered. I have also removed some furniture to create more space. The agent believes that we have got the right price set but being that the property will only appeal to certain groups makes it harder to sell. It will not appeal to families with kids hence reducing the market potential. So far the comments from the viewers were that the home was not big enough and in particular the 3rd bedroom. People often comment saying you can receive more for your money in other area's (which are not so desirable). Are people only interested in square footage and not location? I thought location was key to buying and selling? Does anyone have any suggestions to improve my chances of finding a buyer.
